IronSight is currently looking for a Vice President Finance and Accounting (“VP Finance”). In this role, you’ll:

Partner with your Leadership Team to provide business insights which move the Company towards its strategic objectives

Ensure the timely and accurate production of accounting information, effective communication of key monthly, quarterly, and annual financial, operational and treasury insights to the Leadership Team and other stakeholders (Board and banks)

Facilitate and lead the annual budget process and monthly forecasting and banking modeling (supported by your Sales and Operations colleagues) using cloud-based tools

Facilitate and coordinate a successful and effective annual audit process

Reporting directly to the Vice President Global Operations, the VP Finance will be responsible for all facets of Accounting, Finance, and Administrative Support in a dynamic, growing, vibrant and fast paced software/tech company headquartered in Edmonton. In addition to the financial leadership role, you will work collaboratively with a variety of internal colleagues such with development, operational, business development, and sales to participate in and or support projects, client proposals, strategy and tactical planning and evaluation sessions. You will prepare materials for, attend, and participate in board meetings. This is a well-rounded role that will provide a wide variety and scope of experience.
