Business Analyst- Human Resources (Hybrid Work)

The Role

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst for our HRIS Team in Saint John, New Brunswick that allows the successful candidate to also work from home part-time (2 days/week). As our Business Analyst, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team focused on continuously improving our HR systems through systems expertise and project management.

Leveraging your HR knowledge and technical proficiency, you will have the opportunity to support the development, implementation, and improvement of HR systems to increase the overall value and effectiveness for our users.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support implementation of HR Initiatives (solutions, processes, and tools)
• Gather and document business and detailed functional technical requirements, user stories and test cases
• Document current and future state processes
• Drive user adoption and positive user experience
• Ensure reports and dashboards meet business needs
• Utilize Initiative Management and Daily Management tools to deliver improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or College diploma
• 3-5 years’ experience in an HR or Business Analyst role
• Experience working in a technology based role considered an asset
• Familiar with Business Analyst tools and methodologies
• Six Sigma training considered an asset
