Summary of Position: This iSaute Team Member will be trained and assigned to work as a cashier within the Park.

• Position is for Full-Time and day-time work.
• Cashier/Guest Services – The Cashier/Guest Services Team Members ensure that all Guests experience excellent customer service from the moment they enter the park. Their greeting sets the tone for the Guest’s visit. Guest services personnel are professional, genuine and enthusiastic in every interaction. They will greet Guests, answer Guest questions and provide direction as needed, answer phones, process sales transactions and manage the flow of traffic through the lobby area.

Cashier/Guest Services Responsibilities:
 Show up to work with patience and a smile every day
 Greet and assist Guests while in the lobby area
 Proactively educate Guests on program offerings and social media options
 Look for opportunities to upsell offerings and execute as appropriate
 Process sales transactions and Guest check-in
 Maintain an accurate cash drawer
 Provide direction for completing waivers
 Answer Guest questions and provide direction as needed
 Educate Guests on company policies and provide visual cues to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience
 Measure young jumpers and assign them to the appropriate zones
 Answer phones timely; always courteous and professional
 Keep the front of house area clean, organized and stocked with retail items
 Attend mandatory meetings and trainings
 Other duties as assigned
