Reporting to the Leader, Financial Analysis, the Financial Analyst provides financial and administrative support for VIHA’s Physician Compensation programs, such as MOCAP, Rural Retention Program, Medical Administration and various agreements between BCMA and Ministry of Health.
Primary working relationships are with the Leader, Financial Analysis and other Physician Compensation staff, Medical Directors, Medical Administration, VIHA Finance staff, and Ministry of Health.
A level of education, training and experience equivalent to completion of an intermediate level CMA or CGA program and a demonstrated commitment to completing the program, as well as five (5) years relevant experience in accounting/finance environment preferably in a healthcare organization.
