The Receptionist/Clerk utilizes a variety of office equipment and computerized software applications to provide reception, appointment scheduling and clerical services by preparing related documentation, maintaining and pulling files and records, answering telephones, and providing and distributing information in accordance with established policies, standards and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Training And Experience
A level of education, training and experience equivalent to high school graduation, one year recent related experience, and additional course work in office or business administration.
Skills And Abilities
Intermediate word processing skills.
Ability to organize work
Ability to operate related equipment such as a computer
Ability to deal with others effectively
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Physically able to carry out the duties of the position
