We are looking for a professional Accounting Clerk to join our team! Position will be approximately 30/hrs a week, working in our downtown office. If you are an organized, dedicated, focused individual looking for an exciting challenge, in a team oriented & collaborative environment; we want to hear from you!
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in finance and accounting processes
Post-secondary education in Accounting/ finance administration
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Experience in accounts payable, general ledger, cash reconciliation
Familiarity with Accpac software is an asset
Be able to work efficiently in a high paced setting
Able to meet deadlines, multi task, strong organizational skills and able to work independently or as a team member
Primary responsibilities:
Accounts Payable,
Expense reports,
Tax remittance
Bank deposits,
Petty cash reconciliation
Balance daily cash outs
Perform general ledger entries
