Daily Duties:
– Training
– Video/Social Media Content
– Phone calls/emails/texts etc for tasks and setting new tasks to stay busy
– PROSPECTING
– Checking in trades (if presentable photos and videos for the sites asap)
– Learn about any new arrivals from other salespeople or buy ins
Weekly Duties:
– Startup of vehicles and lot reorganization
– Check on any trades in service, at body shop, at detail etc
Monthly Duties:
– Goal setting
– Review progress
Yearly Duties:
– Forecasting and self-assessment with Sales Manager/Finance Manager

– Dedicated Process Training; learn how to effectively aid the client from your first interaction to your sold photo!
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00-$175,000.00 per year
