Isomers Laboratories Inc. Looking for Digital Media & Content Creator at York, ON Full Time

A well-established, dynamic Skin Care Company based in Greater Toronto Area has an immediate opening for a Digital Media & Content Creator position. We are a family business whose purpose and passion is to deliver ageless beauty through cutting-edge research and scientifically developed formulas. We are looking for a Creator to produce various types of content and drive more traffic.

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, results oriented digital media guru to join our team. The ideal candidate is extremely highly creative and passionate about beauty and has experience in creating brand related social media content on all Social Media channels to strategically drive customer engagement, sales and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Social Media Platform Management (Follower Engagement Management, Content Geotagging, Hash Tagging, Content Creation, Post Scheduling, and Platform Community Growth)
• Work collaboratively with the Creative and Marketing departments to maintain a consistent voice, personality, and look and feel for the brand across all social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest.
• Participate in creative brainstorms for content and support the Marketing Team with executing social media campaigns.
• Responsible for assistance of creative development including ideation, visualization, presentation, and execution of the creative product.
• Work closely with our copywriter and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
• Create original content and curate UGC content for all platforms to support both organic and paid marketing efforts.
• Capture content for stories, reels and TikToks during photoshoots and events.
• Writing and editing copy for social media posts, blog posts, PR, emails, landing pages, advertisements, and videos.
• Managing and keeping organized an ever-growing Influencer database.
• Daily media monitoring and tracking of PR coverage.
• Communicate with social media followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
• Creating a social media strategy to improve engagement and growth across platforms.
• Competitor reporting to stay up-to-date on social media trends.
• Proactively research, recommend and, execute new social media strategies and tactics.
• Monitor search engine optimization and user engagement and suggest content optimization.

Qualifications:

• You are creative, aesthetically-driven, and constantly keep a pulse on current social media news and trends.
• You have an enthusiasm for content creation, short form video content, and timely-on trend social media posts.
• Strong understanding of the beauty industry and consumer sentiment with extensive branding knowledge as related to other industries such as fashion, lifestyle etc.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with Isomers’ core demographic in an authentic manner.
• Excellent copy and caption-writing skills. Strong attention to detail with excellent grammar and editing abilities.
• Strong social media graphic design abilities, with experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva an asset.
• You have the creative eye to plan, film and edit relevant TikToks, videos, reels, etc. for our social media channels.
• You are detail-oriented with flawless execution in a fast paced work environment that is constantly evolving.
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized and meet project deadlines.
• Previous Social Media/PR experience is an asset, but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated success or interest in building and growing audiences, community building, content marketing, social media strategies, and outreach.
• You possess a deep understanding of social platforms, and algorithms that affect day-to-day content strategy, as well as an aptitude for their individual analytics.
• Understanding of search engine optimization and web traffic metrics an asset.
• Comfortable using Social Media management tools, such as Planoly and Hootsuite.
• Thrive in a collaborative working environment.
