The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s IT infrastructure, including OpenVPN VPN, Azure environment, Microsoft 365 with endpoint management, and a development environment of 30 servers. This role involves providing technical support to end users, ensuring network security, and implementing IT policies and procedures. The IT Manager will lead IT projects, coordinate with vendors, and mentor IT staff, ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the company’s IT systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support OpenVPN VPN infrastructure
• Oversee and maintain Azure environment
• Administer Microsoft 365 (M365) with endpoint management
• Provide technical support to end users
• Ensure network security and data protection
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Implement and manage IT policies and procedures
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers
• Lead IT projects and initiatives
• Train and mentor IT staff
• Manage a development environment of 30 servers
• Assist development teams in researching, troubleshooting, and diagnosing issues, documenting solutions, and managing bug fix release cycles.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by leadership

Work Environment:

• Moderate to high pressure when working through tasks with quick turnaround times
• Steady pace of work but can be fast-paced depending on workload
• High autonomy and self-sufficiency; primarily communicating to management when complex expectations are unclear
• Consistent support for functional, technical and other inquiries

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience in managing OpenVPN, Azure, and M365 environments
• Strong knowledge of network security and data protection
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+)
