Brief Summary of Role:
Wipro works with companies to address key challenges through the implementation of Wipro application-based business solutions. This individual contributor position is solely responsible for Wipro business development in a specified territory.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 8-12 direct reports and be responsible for their team in all respects, including the following :
- Nurture and mentor your team as they grow their business, and consulting skills.
- Collaboratively develop best practices and training opportunities.
- Establish and maintain continuous feedback cycles with Project, Program, and Engagement Managers for feedback on projects.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to shape your team and advise our staffing team to make sure the right team is assembled for customer projects.
- Work closely with key sales and presales leaders to build a presales practice that can scale with a rapidly growing organization.
- Serve as the primary escalation point to provide direction and coaching where required.
- Build strong customer relationships and become a trusted advisor in order to better provide support in sales calls, solution presentations, and assist the Enterprise Account Executive with managing the deal cycle.
- Lead the development of complicated solutions that includes a diverse number of solutions that drive Wipro’s business.
- Partner with the Wipro sales team to drive new services revenue.
- Engage with customer stakeholders, project management, product owner, SMEs, and our internal delivery team to design and deliver the best possible solution to the customer.
- Translate customer business objectives and requirements into solutions and level-of-effort estimates to implement those solutions.
- Provide input for RFI and RFP responses, including the effort estimate, project team, timeline, implementation methodology and solution components.
- Deliver sales presentations to the customer in support of the sales process.
- Validate technical recommendations against customer requirements and assists with preparing statements of work.
- Manage a high volume of deals which include a variety of industries and functions.
Education and Required Experience:
- BS in Computer Science, Software engineering, MIS or Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10+ years of on-the-job experience with enterprise-level, cloud-based systems and solutions or web-based system development processes.
- 5+ years of implementation experience with Salesforce.com
- 3+ years’ experience in a management position
- Experience with 2+ industry verticals such as Insurance, Banking, Retail, etc…
- Ability to take joint ownership of the assigned accounts/opportunities with the Account Executive and lead account management on technical issues.
- Experience interacting with C-level and key enterprise stakeholders in an advisory capacity.
- Ability to understand and explain related technical issues, and skills related to working and resolving problems in customer accounts.
- Strong writing skills including the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise messages both for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries.
- Experience in custom application development preferred.
- Prior pre-sales experience required, estimation experience highly preferred.
- Candidate must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate progressive leadership in the full life cycle of the software development environment.
- Experience facilitating discovery and working sessions, managing participants and agenda to drive understanding of business needs and pain points.
- Team player with ability to work and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams across sales, delivery, operations, etc.
- Located and able to work in the U.S. or Canada from a home office and able to travel on average of 40% post COVID

Salary: Up to $130,000.00 per year
