Here’s the job opportunity…
As the Assistant Corporate Secretary of the small, collegial law department at ivari and reporting to the General Counsel, you will provide oversight and guidance for the efficient functioning of the Office of the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. You will be responsible for coordinating activities relating to the Board of Directors and internal governance committees such as the Pension Committee.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
In this role of Assistant Corporate Secretary, you will also support the Corporate Secretary in developing practices and procedures related to Board governance and the General Counsel’s Office and be the lead compliance liaison.
