Who You Are:
Your passion for leadership and strength of character drives you to effectively manage various functions of the Ian O. Ihnatowycz Institute for Leadership (“Institute”). Working closely with the Executive Director and the Director, you play an integral role in building and maintaining awareness of the Institute and its focus on character-based leadership by providing strategic communications, including content creation, maintenance and management of the Institute’s website and social media platforms. Your strong leadership and project management skills allow you to smoothly execute multiple projects, activities and events throughout the year.
The small details are never lost on you, allowing you to efficiently manage the multi-faceted components that comprise the Institute’s administration and operations, including budget management, and other activities as needed. You exercise character in all your interactions and collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. You are a creative and innovative individual that provides new ways to improve operational effectiveness and identifies new opportunities for the Institute. You are excited to support the Institute’s objectives and contribute to the achievement of its purpose, mission and vision.

Position Type:
Full-time (35/hours a week) 3-year renewable contract.
Hiring Range
Based on the salary band for this role, candidates can expect to be offered a starting salary in the range of $63,800-$79,700. When determining salary, Ivey Business School considers the external market, candidate qualifications, as well as internal equity. Once in the role, successful candidates will have the opportunity to progress through the range and beyond the hiring range of the band, through annual increases.
