We are looking for a Kitchen Manager to supervise daily back of house restaurant operations.
Kitchen Manager responsibilities include supervising the food prep and cooking, maintaining a fully stocked kitchen inventory and complying with safety and cleanliness standards. To be successful in this role, you should be able to manage our kitchen staff and guide them to deliver quality food on time.
Responsibilities:
-Order materials, supplies, and ingredients based on demand.
-Supervise kitchen employees and organize food orders.
-Oversee the food preparation and cooking process.
-Recruit and train kitchen employees in designated stations.
-Monitor inventory levels and perform weekly inventory assessments.
-Schedule work shifts for employees.
-Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized.
-Maintain weekly and monthly cost reports.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
