Our 2 Doctor practice is moving towards only seeing cats and dogs and moving in the next 6 months to Roncesvalles and Howard Park Avenue. We would love someone diverse to join our team.

We’re looking for a dynamic receptionist with extensive experience in hospital environments. The successful candidate will be experienced in scheduling appointments, performing clerical duties and working directly with customers and clients. We are looking for an individual who is energetic, professional and who has strong interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet customers.
- Create and maintain appointments.
- Maintain patient records.
- Be able to work in all weather conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
