As a Human Resources Business Partner at Jarlette Health Services, you will work under the direction of Director of Human Resources, the Human Resource Business Partner is responsible for providing clerical, analytical and technical support to assist in the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of all human resource policies, programs and procedures in compliance with all provincial and federal legislation. The Human Resource Business Partner will be required to conduct primary and secondary research and produce reports, and be tasked with providing support to divisional managers and HR staff in the areas of recruiting, retention, payroll, safety, labour relations, diversity, education, and other HR policies and programs. Provide resolutions and consulting in the above areas to ensure profitable business operations.
The following traits and qualifications are required:
Human Resource Management Diploma required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management preferred.
2 years related work experience in HR preferred.
Must have or be working towards the Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation.
Demonstrated working knowledge of multiple human resource areas and applicable legislation
Data analysis, basic research and presentation skills required
Must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to and learn new software
Excellent time and project management skills
Strong problem identification and resolution skills
Must demonstrate an active interest in ongoing education
Must possess valid Driver’s Licence and be willing to travel
