JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Production Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should possess strong verbal communications, strong knowledge and application of various computer programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook. This person should have strong analytical and organizational skills, be a team player, be self motivated, work well under pressure and also have a sense of urgency with a willingness and capability to complete assigned tasks on time.
Some of the duties associated with this position are as follows:
- Enter order information into Lisec Software
- Create glass batches using Lisec Software
- Enter all credits using in-house system
- Update plant schedule on Microsoft Excel and in-house system
- Create work orders for PVC on Microsoft Excel and in-house system
- Monitor PVC stock inventory levels
- Print and sort all shop paperwork
- Create off shift recuts and schedules
- Monitors and manage paperwork outtake daily
- Distribute shop paperwork to appropriate areas
- Assist in delivery planning when required
- Attend weekly inventory / scheduling meeting
- Assist in plant scheduling when required
- Answer emails and phone calls regarding scheduling
- Scheduling local dealer and builder orders
- Filing Doc Link using Excel and a scanner
- Research projects as required by Manager
- Photocopy and scan documents
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
