Kenvue is currently recruiting for NA Sales Operations, Technical Product Owner . This position reports into the Commercial Execution, Data and Analytics Manager, and is based at Skillman NJ, Markham Ontario.

What will you do
The Technical Product Owner is responsible for leading our commercial engagements with key stakeholders across the organization, focused on our sales operations data & analytics products. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to lead the ownership of Business Intelligence products, driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing commercial strategies. You will lead a high-performing team of developers and data engineers to deliver key capabilities to optimize our portfolio strategy and provide visibility to sales operations data enabling critical business decisions and excellence in execution.
Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a High-Performing-Team: You will empower and guide a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Sales Operations & Revenue Growth Management BI Product Ownership: Take full ownership of the lifecycle of BI products, from conceptualization to implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
Product Vision & Measurement: you will align data & analytics products with organization goals. You will collaborate closely with business owners to establish product visions, define business outcomes, and establish measurement metrics.
Product roadmaps & direction: you will create product roadmaps to align stakeholder expectations and provide clear direction and focus to your team.
Resource management: You will interview, select, and onboard new team members to ensure a high-performing and cohesive group.
Third-party engagement: you will be actively involved in driving engagement with third-party partners to support the delivery of team objectives and enhance our capabilities.
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
5 years in IT space specializing in Data & Technology Architecture, Data Engineering and Data Operations is required
Ability to interpret data & make data driven decisions, understand & propose data ingestion, storage, integration, and visualization logic for Customer & Sales Data Domain and RGM data use cases is required.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL).
Proven experience in leading and managing agile teams in data & analytics and BI Tools.
Demonstrated success in driving product strategy and execution in a commercial setting.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Previous experience in developing and executing product roadmaps to achieve business goals
Familiarity with agile methodologies and a proven ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
Ability to achieve alignment, foster collaboration and connect key functional partners
Experience working with relational databases, query language like SQL
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related fields
Experience with cloud-based platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure and Snowflake
Knowledge of marketing strategies and revenue growth concepts is a plus
