What you will do
The Professional Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that engage and educate healthcare professionals to support them in making informed recommendations to their patients. This individual will work closely with cross-functional partners as well as external vendors to craft forward-thinking plans aligned to business objectives and deliver with excellence. They are responsible for:
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and monitor comprehensive professional marketing plans aligned with business objectives that will drive key results; collaborate with key stakeholders to set strategic priorities and KPIs
Identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within assigned need state(s); analyze insights, needs and behaviours to inform strategies
Recommend new business opportunities and innovative ways of engagement leveraging media, CRM, digital, social, and other scalable solutions
Advance scientific leadership by sharing therapeutic credentials through novel approaches to learning, and best-in-class training
Develop compelling content to engage and educate target audiences
Oversee end-to-end execution of initiatives, including budget management and performance tracking
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, industry influencers, and other partners
Exhibit and maintain an excellent understanding of the healthcare landscape to provide subject matter expertise across the end-to-end team and champion the HCP, patient/consumer point of view
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels
Ensure all activities adhere to relevant healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required; MBA is preferred
A minimum of 8 years work experience
Minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare marketing, with a proven track record of success
Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, trends, and regulations
Ability to collaborate and lead within a multi-disciplinary team structure
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
Digital, CRM, social media experience is preferred
English/French bilingualism is highly preferred
