Job Description:
- Prepare journal entries as required
- Performing account reconciliations
- Assist with reviewing of employee expenses, credit card reconciliation
- Accounts payable entry/processing
- Payment processing – cheques, EFTs
- Invoicing field projects
- Invoicing product sales
- Assisting with job costing
- Accounts receivable processing
- Calling Vendors as required
- Calling Customers as required
- Bank Reconciliation support
- Perform ad hoc analysis and reports
- Assist in preparation for year end external review
- Assist with other accounting, payroll and administrative projects as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 Years experience in a similar role
- Previous experience working with an ERP would be considered an asset
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under minimal supervision
- Team-oriented
