This part-time role is ideal for seasoned administrators with at least five years of experience in corporate marketing or marketing agencies, and who can navigate the world of business without handholding. We’re looking for someone who thrives on organization, is detail-oriented, and is as confident managing spreadsheets and databases, as they are calendars and communications.
If you have a knack for identifying and escalating issues as they arise, you’re open to learning new technologies, and curious about AI, we would love to hear from you. In this remote position, you’ll be supporting JGC and our clients, coordinating calendars, attending meetings, updating databases, and even creating monthly client reports.

Key Responsibilities
· Triage inboxes (Outlook, LinkedIn, Teams, Slack, BaseCamp)
· Co-ordinate JGC & client calendars
· Update CRM/Database (we use LACRM)
· Client follow-up
· Prepare call agendas and call summaries
· Update and report on project/task schedules, resource requirements/gaps
· AdHoc stuff that comes up – we’re a full-service agency after all
Qualifications
· No handholding required – you are an AWESOME admin and love what you do.
· Min 5 years experience as an admin. assistant and or dept. co-ordinator in either corporate marketing or marketing agency
· Fluent in English – verbal and written
· Fluent in Microsoft Office suite
· Intermediate Canva experience
· Intermediate CRM/Campaign Management platforms like: Hubspot, ConstantContact, MailChimp, LACRM, MindFire, DirectMail 2.0
· Basic understanding of recording platforms, like: Riverstream; StreamYard, etc.
· Basic understanding of Communications platforms, like: Zoom, Teams
· Basic understanding of social media scheduling platforms, like: Loomly
· Nice to have: Print industry knowledge
· Nice to have: Active LinkedIn profile
· Nice to have: Background or education in journalism, copywriting, and/or marketing
