The role:
The Talent Attraction team focuses on finding the right people to join us on our journey on helping make people in small businesses successful. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Attraction, you will have the opportunity to apply your Talent Acquisition experience to build effective strategies that attract top talent, apply performance and competency-based interview methodologies, and see your leadership and contributions have a direct impact on the overall success of the company.
In this role, you’ll be focused on engaging, interviewing, and hiring talented new Jobberinos primarily for the revenue side of our business: Marketing, Sales and Customer Support. In addition, you will also support hiring for the Operations side of our business: Finance and IT. You will act as a partner to your hiring managers by deeply understanding their teams and recruitment needs while creating a great candidate experience that drives engagement and tells a compelling story.
