Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing objectives.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content for our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and analyze social media trends and insights, and use this data to optimize our social media strategy and content.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement and loyalty.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure that all social media content is in line with our brand guidelines and promotional calendar.
• Respond and engage with followers, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence.
• Track and report on key social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve our social media performance.
• Assist with organizing and promoting live events, including but not limited to webinars, live streams, and social media takeovers.
• Monitor and respond to online reviews and maintain our online reputation.
• Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach and enhance our brand’s image.
