Job Details
- Cross-Functional Leadership Lead and oversee efforts across various departments (procurement, IT, and finance). Manage key initiatives and special projects within and across groups to support organic and inorganic growth (geographic and services expansion), IT transformation, and other strategic priorities.
- IT Transformation Assess and invest in legacy IT systems to support scalability and resilience. Pull in external resources as needed.
- Sustain Productivity and Enhanced Workforce Management Assess, develop, and execute plans to improve productivity, profitability, and margin sustainability while maintaining an acceptable level of customer service/satisfaction. Improve productivity of workers to enable each person to complete on time delivery with task/time allocation and quality of service.
- Seasoned ops leader with experience managing cross-functional teams. Specific background in procurement, finance, and/or IT a plus.
- Track record of leading and supporting scale through organic and inorganic growth.
- Proven ability to work across various stakeholders.
- Prior experience working with sponsor-backed companies.
- Fire & Life Safety or tangential services industry experience preferable.
