Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Building Maintenance professional. The Building Maintenance professional will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks including carpentry and plumbing work.

Qualifications

• Building Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair skills
• Proficiency in carpentry and plumbing tasks
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose building issues
• Experience with building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a property management or related field is a plus
• Certifications or vocational training in a relevant area (e.g. carpentry, plumbing) is a plus
