We are a high-volume Restaurant located in the heart Oak Street. Johnnys On Oak is a family business whose mission is to deliver irresistible food and drink; we have a history of over 30 years of service, and we are growing our location. We have plans to grow far beyond one location and we are looking for a solid individual who has both ideas and is a team player How will we achieve this? It’s all about our team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining a clean, neat and presentable work station and appearance, especially in view of guests.
• Demonstrate proper use and knowledge of all food-stuffs and cooking equipment and procedures at all times.
• Work quickly and efficiently.
• Project a helpful, team-spirited attitude toward all co-workers.
• Communicate between shifts and with supervisors and team mates.
• Cooking and/or Prepping delicious dishes from all corners of the world.
• Adhering to the restaurant menu.
• Following the health and safety procedures

Job Duties:

• Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
