Janssen BioAdvance® is a market leading Patient Support Program supporting the portfolio of JNJ Innovative Medicine products and delivering care to more than 70,000 patients. The Operations Associate is an integral member of the Patient Support Program, responsible for assisting with the program’s daily operations, vendor management, and ensuring that defined processes are efficiently implemented as designed. This role requires a proactive individual who is organized, collaborative, and adept at leading multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations, a passion for patient care, and an innovative, customer centric approach to improve program effectiveness. The role will partner with Janssen BioAdvance® functions and vendors to compliantly deliver program services and understand and prioritize opportunities to strengthen existing program services across multiple therapeutic areas to optimize patient outcomes.
