POSITION OVERVIEW
This Marketing Associate will provide Marketing and Sales support for a wide variety of functions within the marketing and sales departments; they will also provide specialized support to the CSS business with daily, weekly and monthly tasks. Additionally, there will be defined projects, which will be introduced with guidance. This position provides the opportunity to learn and become proficient in the medical device industry in a commercial capacity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with respective Product Managers (PM), Professional Education Managers and Sales Managers, to develop and execute on key marketing and professional education events
Support field sales organization, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (contracts, legal, HCC, finance, supply chain, and management)
Manage a sustainable process for all literature, sample orders & product requests for sales force
Conference management:
Manage all Sponsorship requests for CSS businesses through Ariba
Work with PM’s and conference provider to organize conference
Manage booth and marketing requirements.
Contract Management – Mentor
Manage expiry report. Work with Sales and Contracts to renew any contracts coming up to expiry
Work with Salesforce, Marketing, Finance and Contracts in preparing new contract requests for customers
Keep a log of all requests and updates
Responsible for managing New Product Introduction (NPI) documentation for the various franchises and assist PM’s in the completion of the NPI process
Work with marketing and sales we will develop and deploy digital customer engagement tactics including a social media strategy
Manage Copy Review items for franchises as required on any new or updated literature pieces
Manage and process all PO requests for CSS on E-Market Place site
Manage and process all CSS Rebate Check requests for contracts through ARIBA
Work with printers for all customer literature requirements
Responsible for all Product Catalogue updates and revisions for CSS
Manage and maintain the Sample Mezz area for CSS
Research and price any customer marketing items needed for CSS businesses
Manage all mailers to Salesforce/Customers
Assist the sales force with ad-hoc requests
Assist PM’s in preparation and execution for annual National Sales Meeting and any regional sales meetings
Qualifications
University Degree in Science or Business required
2 years’ experience in marketing and/or sales preferred
Ability to manage workflow and priorities preferred
Strong organizational skills preferred
