Product Installer (Software)
Jonas Software – ClubHouse Online Division
The Position:
The ideal candidate plays an integral part of the Web Implementation team that implements web solutions for clients. The installation specialist will be responsible for installing and setting up the integration pieces between the Jonas Software applications and its modules with the website for new and existing clients.
The installation specialist will track, manage and provide regular updates on their progress of their tasks to the project coordinators and manager. As well, may be engaged to assist with testing and implementing of new online web products. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency and drive to help the team meet its overall goals and objectives.
In this position you will:
- Will be Accountable for task(s) assigned to you as part of a project.
- Responsible for reviewing server requirements have been completed by client’s IT
- Responsible for web-integrated application installation
- Analyze and troubleshoot application issues and escalate to necessary teams
- Provide status updates and incident reports to clients via phone and email
- Collaborate with colleagues and alternate teams on projects and possible product improvements
- Support for integrated applications in Windows-based environments
- Assist with product testing and implementation of newly integrated applications
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/college degree or experience in a similar role.
- Customer service or help desk experience is an asset.
- Detail oriented, with effective and clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Courteous and professional phone manner, demeanor and attitude.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and shift focus as needed.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting skills, ability to problem solve and teach others.
- Excellent organizational, time management, punctuality and customer service skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results on time.
- Must be able to work independently as well as coordinate efforts with other team members.
- Good team player, yet willing to take personal responsibility for resolution of issues.
