Job Posting – Part Time Customer Service Representative (Heidelberg)

Shift: Day Shift (up to 12-15 hours per week plus Saturday shifts)

Responsible to: Sales Manager, Customer Service Supervisor

Primary Position Tasks and Responsibilities:

· Working in a fast paced, professional team environment

· Work in retail store and store warehouse

· Answer telephone inquiries and serve customers

· Ability to accurately operate custom computer program to process transactions in a timely manner

· Process cash and payments for accounts and orders

· Stock store shelves as required

· Assist with store and warehouse cleaning and maintenance

· Perform other duties as assigned

· Ability to lift up to 25 kg/55 lbs

· Practice safe working habits at all times

· Adhere to all federal, provincial, regional and company Covid-19 protocols

Note: Agricultural and/or pet knowledge and background is an asset

Extra hours may be requested when additional staff is required

Position may lead to future consideration for full time role within Jones Feed Mills.
