Job Purpose

The Operations Coordinator reports to the Operations Director and supports all elements of Jaybird and Lagree West’s Central Operations. The Operations Coordinator is an organized, highly motivated individual who loves diving into the nitty-gritty detail of the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep our back-office business operations running smoothly. They embody and foster all aspects of Lagree West and Jaybird’s culture and core values.

The responsibilities and duties of the position described here are representative of those that this individual is expected to perform. This is not a comprehensive list and other duties may be assigned.

Principle Duties And Responsibilities

Business Operations

• Assist in the planning of future changes to central business operations and studio operations
• Ensure operational policies and procedures are up to date and assist in the development of new standard operating procedures
• Support with backend configuration and updates of company tools, such as Notion, Mariana Tek, 7Shifts, and Slack
• Assist field leadership with facilities tickets
• Support with research and assessment of potential new processes, systems, and tools in an effort to improve operational efficiency
• Assist managers with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of employees
• Prepare reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
• Maintain and update documentation and databases for efficient information sharing
• Act as a point of contact for inquiries for central operations processes and tools and provide timely and accurate responses
• Execute tasks in support of the launch of new studios
• Engage with company vendors and suppliers
• Support with additional day-to-day administrative operations and special projects as needed

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or other relevant post-secondary education
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail
• Proven experience in administrative coordination, preferably in a multi-unit setting
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and other common workplace productivity tools; experience with Notion and Mariana Tek is a plus!
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

Schedule: This is a hybrid in-person / work from home role with a minimum of 1-2 days per week spent working from Lagree West and / or Jaybird Studios, shared office spaces, and other locations. The timing and location of in-person work will be dictated by the needs of the the business as determined by the Operations Director.
