In case of your interest in this job opportunity and for more details please click on “Apply” button below, which will take you to the employer’s website Italferr, the engineering company of Ferrovie dello Stato Italiano Group, is a market leader in the provision of multi-disciplinary services and comprehensive design in the railway sector.The experience acquired in more than 30 years of specialized engineering services together with our international know-how are key drivers in the solution of complex problems related to railway systems, including conceptual design till operational start-up, too.At international level, our company implements projects in more than 60 countries throughout all the continents.We are looking for a Project Director for the Pape Tunnel Underground Section project in Toronto, Canada.The international professional will have the following key responsibilities:Manage Italferr contract and monitor the economic advancement related to the project (together with the Italferr Area Manager and Operations’ structures); Interface with the back office managers and coordinate the technical resources belonging to the on site team in the tunneling, ventilation, FLS fields; Manage and monitor the performance of Italferr team;Support scouting/networking company activities related to possible initiatives of interest in the Country;Support the local Recruitment activities; Support the local resources management.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering;Professional Engineer of Ontario (PEO) License (or equivalent, achieved in Canada);20 years’ experience in similar positions;English level B2.
