The successful Retail Sales Associate is a people person, with a natural ability to develop relationships and deliver professional, high quality customer service on every customer interaction. You must be positive and outgoing, forward thinking, and be a dedicated team player. You must have self-confidence, be goal orientated and possess a willingness to learn.
The Role:
– Create amazing customer experiences
– Achieve personal and store sales targets
– Assist customers with after-sales support
– Act as an ambassador of the brand
The Skills:
– Grade 12 or equivalent
– Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills
– Highly organized with attention to detail
– Reliable, dependable and accountable
– Previous sales or customer service experience
– Knowledge and experience with technology
