We specialize in applying evidence-based market and user research to design, develop, and improve best-in-class, award winning solutions to optimize the user-experience for individuals accessing digital services from the Canadian government.
Who Are We Looking For:
Jumping Elephants is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing & Recruitment Coordinator. This is an intermediate position. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our products through participant recruitment, communication, and management. You will be the main point of contact for recruitment on various projects between our clients, participants, and across teams. You will also help to continually improve our UXM participant pool through recruiting new members and aiding the development of new tools alongside our stellar dev team.

Role and Responsibilities:
– Manage end-to-end participant recruitment for usability testing, ensuring a diverse pool of participants.
– Effectively communicate the recruitment process, project updates, and expectations with clients and internal team members.
– Craft engaging copy for communication with participants, including as emails, recruitment surveys, and company announcements.
– Maintain clear participant records, documenting relevant information and insights.
– Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email, and other channels.
– Edit and update the company website to ensure accurate and compelling content.
– Collaborate closely with the development team to provide insights for product and tool enhancements.

– Relevant Experience in the Field: 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, UX, or a related field is preferred.
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is an asset but not required.
Nice-to-Haves:
– HTML Knowledge: A basic understanding of HTML allows you to make updates and improvements to digital content.
– Bilingual Skills: Fluency in French is a plus, allowing you to engage with a wider range of participants and team members.
– Design Interest: You have a knack for making things visually appealing and easily readable, enhancing the overall presentation and communication.
