SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
“Engagement assignment:
● Lead the assigned engagements that fall under Special Handling and Low risk assessment only. Engagement assignments include:
Amendment to existing Agreements, Change Orders to existing sub Agreements, offline POs, Work Orders (WO), Order Forms, Statements of Work (SOWs), and low risk Service Agreements”
“Contract Review:
● Assist in the review and negotiation of contracts with suppliers With CM support where applicable.
● Manage contract lifecycle of the assigned engagement from drafting to execution, ensuring Completed risk assessment cycle and that Contract compliance is considered.
● Support the maintenance of contract documentation and records of the assigned engagement.”
Savings Tracking:
● negotiate to achieve cost saving that are associated with the current sourcing strategy and contacting.
● Tracking and document cost savings achieved in Ariba ( Will be trained )
Professional demeanor , very high volume and fast paced
MUST HAVE:
1.) Strong Ms office suite
2.) Document reviews /analysis /Cost management
3.) Strong customer service /Executive level comm skills
