JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative/ Tele Sales
Just Consult is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensures exceptional customer satisfaction with accuracy and professionalism.
- Takes opportunities for add-on sales to customers.
- Actively pursue sales strategies and operational objectives
- Responds to and directs where necessary, customer inquiries related to web technology services.
- Answers telephones and qualies and directs customers as required.
- Responsible to make calls to prospective customers and pitch web services.
- Ensure sales activities remain on time and within a dened budget
- Lead, motivate, and support a small team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment

- Follow up with customers to identify and support their needs
Preferred Skills: Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Google Suites and Email Handling.
