We need staff that is flexible, reliable, and eager to work! Hard workers get lots of hours and can move up in seniority. Days, Evenings, or Weekends are all shifts available. (Shifts vary in length from 2 -12 hours varying on each client and their schedules). Reliability is of the utmost importance when providing care for seniors and their daily living needs. As you accept clients from the office, those clients become regular shifts for you each week.
Willing to train motivated hard-working individuals. Willing to work around other work schedules that aren’t rotating. Willing to work with mother’s school schedules so that you can work while kids are in school.
Caregiver duties vary with each client but can include:
- Companionship.
- Meal prep/ cooking.
- Light housekeeping/ laundry.
- Personal care
- Using a lift which you would be trained on
Requirements:
- Must be able to use a smartphone for clocking in and out of shifts and completing daily visit notes for their clients.
- Must pass a criminal record check.
- Preference is given to candidates with driver’s licenses and reliable vehicles.
