Just Quality International Inc Looking for Junior Bookkeeper at North York, ON Full Time

A fast-growing Frozen Food Distribution company is looking for a full-time Junior Bookkeeper.

Duties would include:

• Process transaction records including, not limit to, AR invoice, AP invoices, credit and journal entries.
• Paying vendors by scheduling checks, ACH and wire.
• Depositing checks and bank reconciliation.
• Responding all vendor and customer enquiries and disputes regarding finance.
• Verifying validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from colleagues, customer and vendors.
• Keeping track of aging AR and AP and preparing aging reports.
• Reconciling process work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balance.
• Processing inter-company reconciliations, adjustments, journal entries, and balancing the General Ledger (month, quarter, year-end)
• Preparing Inventory reconciliation.
• Any other tasks as assigned by Manager.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines and can prioritize multiple tasks.
