Responsibilities
Plan, present and advise on the execution of marketing campaigns to company owner
Responsible for project management, deadlines, consultants and budgets
Implements marketing strategies, tactics and programs by planning and facilitating activities to deliver meaningful results
Lead, manage and be accountable for the marketing team, including project management, vacation/sick days, annual performance reviews in collaboration with HR, overall department objectives and facilitate professional and creative collaboration within the team
Ensure that marketing activities align with overall brand strategy ensuring consistency of messaging and design quality in all print digital communications, from print and online ads to websites, social media marketing and sales office environments
Set online marketing strategies that utilize all tools and channels, including emails, analytics, social media and paid media
Build and maintain positive rapport with all marketing, communications and events consultants, vendors, suppliers and advertisers.
Present, communicate and collaborate with external project partners on marketing process and approval
Stay well-informed of up to date market knowledge including competitive analysis of all projects within active markets, and identify trends before they peak
Investigate the campaigns of competitors and understand best practice to inform online marketing benchmarks
Identify opportunities to use digital technology to enhance the overall marketing strategy
Recruiting funnels and recruiting campaign knowledge an asset
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience
Real Estate knowledge required
Strong leadership skills
Must have an aptitude for data, analyzing results from our campaigns and that of competitors to determine outcomes and plans to move marketing efforts forward
Excellent understanding of Google Adwords, Google Analytics, all data analysis of social media platforms
Brand management
Brand mapping
High level copywriter
Excellent experience and understanding of Google Adwords, retargeting, display ads, digital media and more.
