Main purpose of role & responsibilities in the business:
As a People Support Consultant at Kainos, you will provide an excellent service across all Business Units in Kainos globally with a regional Americas focus ensuring legislative guidance is adhered to and high standards are met and maintained in all people related processes. You may be a Generalist or a specialist with a continuous improvement and efficiency mindset, working with internal and external stakeholders. You will lead on a number of key people projects to maximise the value of the People Support function and support the delivery of the People Strategy.
In this role there is 1 direct report, and it is part of the Global People team based in the UK & Europe. As the business continues to grow, it is possible that the People Team in the region will also grow.

What does a great HR Manager do?
You will be a HR Generalist that is client centric with a continuous improvement and efficient mindset. Your clients will be employees, “the business” (people managers/leaders), and HR. You will act as a leader within a team of colleagues and your role will be an SME within the team. You will be responsible for some or all of the following:
