Kal Tire is hiring a Front Counter Service Advisor for our store located in Edmonton, AB.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and offer a positive first impression of the shop.
- Confidently provide product information to customers in a friendly manner.
- Provide pricing, recommend services and parts, prepare and present customer quotations.
- Review work orders with technicians, present and discus any additional work needed with customers.
- Booking and ordering parts and tires needed for appointments.
Qualifications:
- Retail sales or service experience in a face paced environment.
- Ability to negotiate and sell.
- Ability to communicate technical information in a simple manner.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to problem solve and multitask.
- Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new programs and software.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong personal commitment to health and safety.
Hours:
- Full Time
- Monday – Friday
- Within the hours of: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Overtime opportunities available
- Free weekends and Holidays
