Responsible for assisting customers in selecting appropriate floor coverings and/or window coverings. Following policies and procedures in regards to setting up a sale for example placing the order, tracking the order and assisting the warehouse in preparing our warehouse staff in receiving the product at the appropriate time and setting up an installation date. Helping the customer through the installation process and taking payment. We offer an hourly wage or commission structure to the right candidate

We clean surfaces on a regular basis and wearing a mask is voluntary. We have some employees who continue to wear masks every day.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Port Alberni, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- flooring sales: 1 year (preferred)
