Kanata Bridlewood Optometric Centre Looking for Optometric Assistant at Ottawa, ON Full Time

Optometric clinic in south Kanata has a long term full time position available.

We are looking for an energetic fast learner who is able to multitask and has good attention to details. Our busy, friendly office is completely computerized. We use the most advanced technology in testing equipment. We pride ourselves in providing professional and personalized service.

Duties to include:

-greet patients in person and on telephone in a friendly and professional manner

-maintain patient flow through the office

– preforming preliminary tests for patients prior to exams using automated equipment. This includes getting a baseline prescription, checking eye pressures, and taking retinal scans.

The ideal candidate is professional, personable, detail oriented and able to mutlitask.
