The role:
We are looking for an Oribe Obsessed sales leader for the Retail & E-Commerce channel in the Canadian market.
The Sales Manager, Prestige Retail & E-Commerce, Canada reports into the Associate Director, Prestige Retail & E-Commerce, Americas. This role drives the commercial strategy and annual sales targets for the Retail & E-commerce partners in Canada.
This role will heavily collaborate with the US Retail & Ecommerce team for key cross-border accounts (Amazon/Sephora).
This person will manage the buying office relationships for all salon brands – the majority lead by Oribe, along with Goldwell, KMS, and Kerasilk.
What you will do:
- Drive the delivery and implementation of the Regional Prestige Retail & E-Commerce go-to-market strategy to deliver annual Invoiced Sales and Business Profits in the Canadian market
- Drive the implementation of best in class merchandising within the store & ecommerce environment
- Manage execution of marketing campaigns, spend efficiency & ROI, channel programming any sampling expenses within assigned budgets across CAD Retail and Ecommerce
- Own the end-to-end process for new product launches across the Canadian country including forecasting and product set-up
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of relevant sales and leadership experience
- Luxury retail experience preferred
- Luxury Ecommerce experience preferred (including but not limited to Amazon)
