Responsible for maintaining internal controls and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and accounting standards, and identifying operational improvements within the organization. Reporting to the Controller, this role involves overseeing various financial functions.

Responsibilities

• Addressing intricate accounting challenges by applying standard accounting principles.
• Engaging in thoughtful decision-making and implementing internal guidelines.
• Demonstrating strong numeracy skills for scheduling, budgeting, and accounting calculations.
• Exhibiting effective written and verbal communication, including coaching, training, and presentations.
• Possessing knowledge of accounting software and systems.
• Consistently meeting deadlines.
• Analyzing substantial amounts of financial data.
• Managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Hold or be in the process of obtaining a CPA certification.
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting, financial analysis, reporting, and internal controls – with a preference for a global firm background.
• Familiarity with SAP Business One.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Supervisory experience, including team support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
