Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reviewing and maintaining accounting records.
- Accounts Receivable processes
- Payroll processing
- Review invoices and reconcile account statements
- Maintain organized records of inventory transactions, vendor payments, and customer invoices
- Assist with month-end duties, including account reconciliations and accruals.
- Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing and record systems
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department
Qualifications:
- Post secondary diploma or degree required.
- Minimum 2 years previous work experience in an accounting position.
- Above average computer skills: MS Excel; MS Windows; MS Word; Internet; Database software; Accounting software (QuickBooks); Electronic mail
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, as well as on a team
- Time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast paced, results driven environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
