Kelly Services has partnered with a leading oilfield waste management company located in Katepwa Lake, SK to recruit a Permanent Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience working in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Enter invoices into database system
- Create and manage accounts in the accounting software
- Bank reconciliations, cashflow management and issue reports
- Enter, track and monitor expenditures
- Provide payroll support, processing new hires, terminations and rate changes, direct deposits, payroll deductions, pension, and T4s
- Handle government remittances
- Reconcile and book transactions related to oil sales
- And provide general accounting/Bookkeeping support
About you:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Previous experience in oil and gas is an asset
- Ability to manage financial records and data entry skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software’s
- Great communication skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
