Business Systems Analyst, Nissan Canada
The role of Business Systems Analyst, Nissan Financial Services Canada, will be responsible for providing administration and support using operational systems such as Dealertrack, LOS, AVS, Wholesale etc. You will work closely with internal customers and third-party vendors and participate in analysis to resolve incidents and ensure effective maintenance and support.
Moreover, you will be responsible for analyzing all functions within multiple domains, including cross-functional, cross-regional business functions, and perform any other relevant duties to aid in the success of the organization.
What’s a typical day as a Business Systems Analyst? You will:
- Provide administration and support of NCF’s operational systems
- Analyze and resolve incidents with internal customers and third-party vendors to ensure maintenance and support is carried out effectively.
- Understand, interpret and recommend resolution to systematic issues
- Create thorough documentation of business requirements
- Investigate new solutions and technologies to advance and improve business operations
- Monitor and identify risk and issues inhibiting the attainment of project goals
- Coordinate and participate in all system integration testing and user acceptance testing
- Communicate project status to stakeholders
- Assist in executing projects through all phases of structured project development methodology
- Perform any other relevant duties to aid in the success of the organization
Reporting: The Business Systems Analyst will report to the Manager, Business Systems.
Physical Demands: The physical demands for this role is typical for an office environment and is limited.
About you:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to summarize and make recommendations to operational groups and management.
- Project management expreince and use of software i.e. Jira is an asset.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Eager to learn, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
You’re a PERFECT fit if you meet these requirements:
- A technical background and aptitude of business systems and processes.
- General understanding of automotive finance company operations would be ideal.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent related business experience
- 2-3 years of related experience in systems and/or business analysis in an automotive finance environment.
- General understanding of automotive finance company operations

- Monday to Friday (9:00am-5:30pm) total of 40 hours per week
