Job Title: Construction Site Superintendent
Position Type: Permanent, Full-time
Starting Pay Rate: $130,000-$150,000 per year
Shifts: Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:00pm
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Site Superintendent to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide leadership for safety and LEED programs.
- Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site staff.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work adheres to plans and specifications.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the job site promptly.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and reports, including progress updates and any changes to the project scope.
Experience, Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum 10 years of construction experience ideally in a similar role.
- Experience in commercial or high-rise residential construction.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to job sites.

Compensation:
- Competitive salary $130,000-$150,000 per year based on experience.
