En collaboration avec l’un de nos clients du secteur bancaire, vous offrirez un soutien administratif spécialisé aux cadres supérieurs au niveau de vice-président (VP) et pourriez également fournir un large éventail de services de soutien administratif ou de bureau général à l’ensemble de l’équipe qui lui est assignée.
Heures de Travail : Du Lundi au Vendredi, de 8 h 30 à 17 h
Taux de rémunération : $22.00 – 24.00/ l’heure + 4 % de paie de vacances
Lieux : Montréal, QC
DOIT AVOIR :
Diplôme d’études secondaires ou GED
Entièrement bilingue (anglais et français)
Au moins trois ans d’expérience à titre d’adjoint de direction.
Excellentes compétences de communication écrite et verbale – professionnalisme
Connaissance pratique de la suite MS Office et des applications Internet
CE QUE VOUS FEREZ :
Fournir un soutien administratif précis, organisé et efficace;
Recueillir et suivre les données;
Informations de recherche,
Équilibrer et traiter les rapports de dépenses;
Planifier et organiser des réunions,
Gérer les calendriers;
Créer et tenir des dossiers, et effectuer d’autres tâches administratives au besoin

Bilingual Executive Assistant
Kelly, in partnership with our client who is one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers and recognized as one of Canada’s Best Diversity Employers are hiring for an executive assistant.
Working with one of our clients in the banking industry, you will provide dedicated administrative support to executives at the Vice President (VP) level and may also provide a broad range of administrative or general office support for the broader team as assigned.
Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $24.00/hour + 4% vacation pay
Locations: Montreal, QC
MUST HAVE:
High School Diploma or GED
Fully Bilingual (English and French)
Minimum of 3 years experience as an executive assistant.
Strong written and verbal communication skills – professionalism
Hands on knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet applications
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Provide accurate, organized and efficient administrative support;
collect and track data,
research information,
balance and process expense reports,
schedule and organize meetings,
manage calendars,
create and maintain files, and perform other administrative assignments as required
