Kelly Services is pleased to be recruiting for a Customer Experience Advisor for our client in the automotive industry. Please note that these are temporary to permanent role and would be starting ASAP.
Onsite Monday to Friday
Rotating shift:
8am-5pm
9am-6pm
11am-8pm
Friday WFH and During the summer Mondays WFH
Let us describe the challenge we offer
The Customer Experience Advisor is a key role within our Customer Experience Center and will be responsible for supporting and building customer relationships in potentially urgent and high stress situations. You will be responsible for resolving and escalating roadside assistance cases in a prompt and timely manner. This individual will also support the rest of our Customer Experience team where necessary.
We are hiring enthusiastic individuals for a number of shifts which operates 24/7/365. Schedule flexibility and ability to work overnight and/or weekends is required.
What you’ll do
Manage inbound communications for product, service, and support requests
Receive and respond to customer communications, cases, or chats through to resolution
Work with Polestar Spaces & Service Points to ensure seamless communication for all involved parties
Follow up with current customer product, service, and support inquiries
Build and maintain professional relationships with our customers throughout their experience
Resolve and handle incoming customer advocacy cases through to resolution escalating to the appropriate team member where necessary
Deliver a white glove customer experience through all available methods of communication
Who you are
College Degree or Equivalent
Previous experience in call center environment is highly desirable
Fluency in English and French required.
You have a passion for customer experience and being the ambassador of a brand
Tech savvy with knowledge of PC and telephony systems
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
You are an agile learner and comfortable with technology, learning new tools, and able to work with a variety of content areas/teams.
Proven project management skills, stakeholder management, time management, and prioritization when managing multiple projects.

Le Conseiller en Expérience Clientèle est un rôle clé au sein de notre Centre d’Expérience Clientèle et sera responsable de soutenir et de renforcer les relations avec les clients dans des situations potentiellement urgentes et stressantes. Vous serez responsable de résoudre et d’escalader les cas d’assistance routière de manière rapide et opportune. Cette personne soutiendra également le reste de notre équipe d’Expérience Clientèle en cas de besoin.
Nous recrutons des personnes enthousiastes pour différents quarts de travail qui fonctionnent 24/7/365. La flexibilité des horaires et la capacité à travailler la nuit et/ou le week-end sont requises.
Ce que vous ferez
Gérer les communications entrantes pour les demandes de produits, de services et de support
Recevoir et répondre aux communications, cas ou chats des clients jusqu’à la résolution
Travailler avec les espaces Polestar & points de service pour assurer une communication transparente pour toutes les parties impliquées
Suivre les demandes actuelles des clients en matière de produits, de services et de support
Établir et entretenir des relations professionnelles avec nos clients tout au long de leur expérience
Résoudre et gérer les cas de défense des clients entrants jusqu’à leur résolution, en escaladant au besoin à un membre de l’équipe approprié
Offrez une expérience client de qualité supérieure par tous les moyens de communication disponibles
Qui vous êtes
Diplôme universitaire ou équivalent
Une expérience antérieure dans un environnement de centre d’appels est hautement souhaitable
Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français requise.
Vous avez une passion pour l’expérience client et pour être l’ambassadeur d’une marque
Savoir-faire technologique avec connaissance des systèmes PC et de téléphonie
Vous avez d’excellentes compétences de communication verbale et écrite
Vous êtes un apprenant agile et à l’aise avec la technologie, l’apprentissage de nouveaux outils et capable de travailler avec une variété de domaines/équipes de contenu.
Compétences éprouvées en gestion de projet, gestion des parties prenantes, gestion du temps et priorisation lors de la gestion de plusieurs projets.
Savoir-faire technologique avec connaissance des systèmes PC et de téléphonie
Vous avez une attention aux détails et prospérez dans une atmosphère de travail en constante évolution
